Step 1

 Prequalification Questionnaire  – Find out if you qualify to own a Habitat home?  Have you worked or lived in New Castle County during the last 12 months? Answer this questionnaire to see if you and your family can participate in our local program. 

Step 2 

Prequalification Application  –  If  you get the  â€œGo” from the questionnaire, fill out the application and upload a few documents so you can receive an orientation PowerPoint and decide if you want to complete the process to be a new Habitat Homeowner. If you do not have the capability to upload documents please contact familyservices@habitatncc.org.

Step 3

Full Application – Once we receive confirmation that you have attended the orientation, you will receive an email with a link to access and download a PDF form of the full application.

 Login – Use or set-up a google email account to start your application and return to edit or submit  supporting documents.
