Step 1
Prequalification Questionnaire – Are you at least 21 years of age? Have you worked or lived in New Castle County during the last 12 months? Answer the pre-qualification questionnaire to see if you and your family qualify to apply for our homeownership program.
Step 2
Prequalification Application – If you qualify to continue on, fill out the pre-qualification application and upload required documents. You will receive an email notifying you your application is in review. Once your application has been qualified you will receive another email with a link to our orientation PowerPoint. This orientation will provide you with more detailed information about the homeownership program, it’s requirements and expectations. This information will help you decide if you want to move forward with the process to be a new Habitat Homeowner. If you do not have the capability to upload documents please contact familyservices@habitatncc.org.
Step 3
Full Application – Once we receive confirmation that you have attended the orientation, you will receive an email with a link to access and download a PDF form of the full application.
